This song was written after the breakup of a relationship with someone I loved, but it was time to choose different paths. It expresses a combination of ambivalent feelings, such as nostalgia, hope and ambition for the future. I created everything in my own room, from the first guitar notes to the final track. I really intended to make something groovy, but dreamy and indie at the same time. This new track paves the way to other indie/nu soul tracks that I will release in the future.
