“The Wound” was born from a very deep feeling I had in a specific moment while I was composing it. This feeling made me change it completely: it was mainly electronic at first, and without voice and the orchestra. That feeling was about a strange perception of “memory”: I started to sing the first lines and then I realized I was singing about one of the darkest and painful moment of my life, that sometimes I don’t even remember clearly. I’ve sang about this moment a lot, but this time I was different. So I kept digging into that and I found out I was writing about a healing process that actually had already ended and that made me writing about it in a more conscious way than the previous times. The soundtrack was born in December 2022, and the cold helped me a lot to go deep into my emotions to find what was the warmth I was trying to recall when my hands were on the piano. I would say this is one of the very flames in an Album that is going to be wintry for the most, but I wanted to start showing how I could bear this cold, and how I eventually found a way to perceive the smallest temperature changes. And this is of course a metaphor.

Outside is written in empathy with helplessness and vulnerability, and with empathy towards those whose mental condition is surrounded by silence or shame. The song describes a state of mind where the thoughts run in circle, and you need something or something to help you silence the voices in your head. The piano repeating a 3/3/2 rhythm, with the layers of the voice obsessively repeating the same cry for help, creates this claustrophobic atmosphere; only relieved by the refrain, that opens a door to light and another peaceful world.

This song is inspired by Hardcore, drum&bass and Jungle raves from the early to late 90’s. That era of dance culture really inspires me to build off of what the pioneers of that genre started. It hurts sometimes now watching dance culture die and I aim to bring it back in full. Artists such as Pink Pantheress, FLO, Yeek and Piri have helped to restart this movement and I know I can stand with great artists such as themselves. Additionally, the lyrics and subject matter of this song are very near to me as the address the growing pains I’ve been experiencing over the past few years and the nostalgic yearning I can’t seem to shake.

Pilade is a character from Greek tragedy; the only character who never speaks.
The song “PILADE” is inspired by a 1967 italian play, written by Pier Paolo Pasolini

I believe anger can be motivational, in small quantities. Often times, after my most recent breakup, I HAD to chose anger over sadness in order to just keep moving forward. The lyrics talk about the depression aspect of the breakup as well as choosing to find solace in anger by looking at instances of my partner’s straight-up tomfoolery. I wanted to create something that made light and poppy out of a really dark experience.

I wrote this song about a year ago. In this time I was struggling with myself because of many mental health issues. Basically this song is a self-reflection of mine. The topics of this song are: mental health problems in general, social anxiety, reflection but also improvement

Il brano si ispira al pop-rock di inizi anni 2000, in particolar modo a brani come “Are You Gonna Go My Way” o “Fly Away”.

No Love is a simple yet complex song that revolves around the everyday struggles of a successful rapper, dealing with “fast” women and people who don’t really care about him but only want to use him for their own personal gain

“During 2021 we focused primarily on honing a powerful live show and testing it on various audiences. “Killing Paul Allen” was born from the excitement and pride we felt from having played very well received shows, which pushed us to embrace our more eccentric and narcissistic personas. The track toys with the ideals of hypermasculinity and self-obsession portrayed by cult pop culture icons such as American Psycho’s Patrick Bateman.” – Music for Models

I’m a firm believer that everyone comes into your life for a reason and this song is a tribute to the ones who give you that overwhelming feeling love and connection

A new Single by Amberscent, from SONO Music Family. Discover what inspired the artist, the idea and mood that led to this masterpiece.

I write all my songs from life experiences, I don’t like to make things up just because it would make a better line. this song is about from my time at a very prestigious catholic school, upper middle class to rich people type of thing. I didn’t come from much, so it was a bit more stressful to make friends, because kids are assholes.. it wasn’t long before everyone knew that I was “the poor kid” and that really stuck, I haven’t seen anyone from that school in years and they still have that perception of me in their minds. I almost always write before I record, especially with songs like this, and once I recorded my verse and the hook I knew I needed another voice, it couldn’t be a solo song. so after sending it to a couple people with no response, I sent it to my homie Jayden (SI0NE) and the rest is history.
