Ninni is a multi-instrumentalist from Naples, Italy, who has recently transitioned from his former disco-punk bands to solo music. His first single, “Je Vulesse”, received international success, broadcast by more than 60 radio stations across the world. His latest single, “Have Fun (Remastered 2023)”, is a rollercoaster of styles, genres, and everything in between.
“Have Fun” is Ninni’s most ambitious single yet, merging influences from American folk blues, rock, and electronic music with the traditional Neapolitan sound. The 6-minute song is sung, played, and arranged by Ninni and is remixed and remastered for its April 2021 release. The lyrics of the song speak of the powerlessness we often feel in the face of suffering, drawing inspiration from Radiohead’s “Paranoid Android” and Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody”.
