With the musicalization of a poem by Miguel de Unamuno and the ideas of Mario Vargas Llosa, Cecilia invites the listener to read, dream and live the thousand and one lives that imagination offers, never settling for the limitations of reality.
Cecilia Lara, born and raised in Madrid, grew up in a multicultural environment where she always kept her Spanish and flamenco roots close, while traveling with her mother’s collection of Cuban and Latin American songs. In 2019, she traveled to France where she met Italian producer Matteo Quadraruopolo and established connections with the Mediterranean country, blending her Atlantic influences with those of the Mediterranean.
Her music has already caught the attention of many, and she has collaborated with artists such as Belize and Edu Requejo. From the beginning, her songs have gained a considerable number of plays, which has only fueled her optimism and excitement for the project.
